Main use of the Oven Despatch is for Polymer Cure and de-hydration bake of metal surfaces (that tend to form surface oxides in normal atmosphere). Temperature is ramped up from standby temperature (about 50 ºC) to Cure temperature for Soak and then ramped down to standby temperature. Temperature ramp profiles are programmed and can be controlled within 1 °C during heating, soak and cooling.

Oven is an inert oven using Nitrogen atmosphere and is capable of less than 100 ppm of residual Oxygen content.

Oven has ceramic HEPA filter and horizontal forced convection Nitrogen flow.

The oven has stainless steel water coil for rapid cool down.

Maximum temperature of the oven is 350 ºC.
