Current in-plane tunnelling (CIPT) measurement is non-destructive method for characterizing unpatterned tunnel junction stacks. CIPT measurement outputs tunnelling resistance area product (RA) of the tunnel junction stack and sheet resistances of top and bottom electrodes. CIPT prober can also do standard sheet resistance measurements.
